I would not ever want to peel and devein shrimp without this again. It makes cleaning easy and almost fun. Loosens the shell and cuts a clean line in the vein all in one swipe. Then simply squeeze the handle and it's done. This is about as automated as it can get. Every shrimp lover needs one of these in their kitchen drawer.
