I received this as a gift years ago and use it all the time; so convenient to be able to grind salt and pepper with one hand, and very easy to refill. Then it broke... and I saw a review that Chef'n would replace it. THEY DID! After I emailed them, they simply asked for a picture that showed the damage, which we emailed, and they mailed us a new grinder. Happy days again. Thanks, Chef'N for such a great product and fabulous customer service!!
