I have hunted for a decent knife sharpener for over 40 years. This one does the trick. It is fast, easy, doesn't eat the knife blade up and makes the blade razor sharp. No more using a serrated knife to "thinly" slice soft ripe tomatoes. But, BEWARE, the blades are so sharp that you will slice right thru something and into a finger before you realize it! I am a truly happy camper. I wish I could give this one a 10 star rating, I think I will "10 Stars"Customer Review: Chef's Choice 320 is great, we own two of them. One at home at one for the cottage.

We have owned several generations of the Chef's Choice sharpeners. This latest interation is VERY GOOD. We own two. One for the home and one for our cottage up in the Canadian woods. They definitely work better then the previous models which were good in their own right but these are even better. The 320 creates an amazingly sharp edge in a very short time. Do read the instructions......as usual it helps.Customer Review: wonderful

I love this sharpener! I read all the reviews and picked this one over more expensive models. I used this sharpener on all my knives and it sharpened them to a razor sharp edge. I couldn't be happier with the results. I had so much fun sharpening all my knives I had to go and sharpen all my friends knives to with the same results. This sharpener was exactly was i was looking for. I was worried about how to sharpen my Wusthof knives but this left them like new. I also used it on my cheap $3 knives i was ready to throw away and they are as sharp as my Wusthofs now - I can slice tomatoes perfectly with them! It is very easy to use and not bulky.

Went back and forth about buying a knife sharpener. Read lots of stuff about Chefs choice and made the plunge, glad I did this is a very easy to use sharpener and its sure is nice to have sharp knives again. Don't know how long it will last but I figure its almost paid for its self after sharpening everthing in the house.
