Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Chef's Choice 120 Diamond Hone 3-Stage Professional Knife Sharpener, BlackCustomer Review: Can't be beat Summary: 5 Stars
I've had one of these little jewels for several years, and my two sons would bring all their household knives to our house and sharpen them once a year at Christmas. Since I bought them each a sharpener, they still come to our house, but don't bring their knives--they bring other, tastier stuff. Anyway, this is a real good product, the price is right, and delivery was prompt. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Customer Review: Man I've Been Looking For This Summary: 5 Stars
I've tried just about every sharpener on the market, including other models from this manufacturer. While this appliance won't replace hand sharpening, it does do the job well enough for normal usage. The 3 stages give you all the options you need to establish and maintain a good edge on your best cutlery and if you follow the simple directions, I think you will be very pleased with the results.
Customer Review: It Really Works! Summary: 5 Stars
I took my knives to Chesapeake Knife & Tool to have them sharpened and they destroyed the edge. I saw that Cooks Illustrated recommended Chef's Choice sharpeners and decided to give it a try. It took about an hour but I was able to restore the edge and now my knives are just like new.
Customer Review: Works like a charm Summary: 5 Stars
My knives were five yrs. old before I purchased this sharpener, it's made all of them like new and I plan to use it often. Worth every cent! It was recommended by Cooks Illustrated and I find for the most part, their rec's are right on.
Customer Review: Awsome Knife Sharpener Summary: 5 Stars
Don't listent to Alton Brown or any other snooty foodie who says you have to have your knives professionaly shapened. This sharpener is great. It makes my knives sharper than when new, and it does not scratch them.
