Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Champion Commercial Juicer G5-PG-710 - BLACK MODEL (MAR-48C)

Customer Review: Juicer Supreme
Summary: 5 Stars

We decided 2 years ago to juice for health. I spent hours online investigating juicers and realized that the cheap ones wouldn't last. Anyway, we figured a few hundred dollars investing in your well being isn't a big deal. After reading about the industrial quality of the Champion, we made the move and have never regretted it. Besides being efficient and relatively quiet, it blasts through any type of veggie or fruit, with ease. And we have timed the clean-up at 3 minutes or less. Simply rinse, soak and wipe. Just be careful with the cutting part. The only downside as with any commercial-grade appliance, is the weight. We keep it on the counter for 2 reasons. It's heavy and hard to store and if we keep it out, we are more likely to use it. So get juicing, just for the health of it with a true Champion. Cheers!

Customer Review: The best juicer out there
Summary: 5 Stars

I got my Champion about four years ago and it's still going strong. Before this I tried a couple of other juicers, but didn't get much more than a year out of them: they were flimsy and/or not productive. The Champion motor is powerful and the blades are sharp as the day I picked it up from the store. One reviewer was disappointed with the amount of juice extracted and claims that much of it was wasted in the pulp: that's why should run the pulp through the machine! I take the pulp and run it back through and I get twice the amount of juice. Apple and pear are easy with a fruit slicer. Vegetables like carot and celery are super easy. The machine also comes with a great little recipe book- try them out! This product has probably added years to my life. I'm grateful for having it in my life.

Customer Review: Best Juicer Ever
Summary: 5 Stars

A terrific juicer. I've owned others and they don't compare. Easy to clean, easy to push fruit through and sophisticated in it's inherent simplicity of use.

My family loves this juicer too. We buy apples and carrots from Costco for about 70 to 80 cents a pound, add some ginger and drink. It revitalizes us and I miss when I travel and can't have my juice.

More expensive to buy than others but well worth the additional cost. Because this will be the juicer you use.

Try freezing peeled ripe banana's and putting them through the juicer. It is an amazing treat that looks and feels like ice cream or custard.

Buy one.

Customer Review: wonderful one time buy
Summary: 5 Stars

I started juicing again after 3 years. I used the jack lalane juicer and it broke after 4 tries. I am working on getting the motor replaced. The champion was bought 4 years ago. I never really used this untill today. I was surprised at how much juice was extracted and how nutrient rich the juice tasted. I did not know what I was missing untill today. This is a quite wonderful machine. It does surpass other juicers I've used over the years. Back then, I paid $189 for mine in 2007. IF you are looking for quality and quantity this delivers all. I am using juice and acupuncture to help lower my blood pressure. So far so good. I will keep you posted.

Customer Review: Lives up to its promises
Summary: 5 Stars

Even without having other juicing experience to compare this to, I would say this is a great juicer. The reviews I read for other juicers before I bought the Champion included major complaints regarding the difficultly to assemble and clean, not extracting much juice, making the juice hot. The Champion juicer is quick and easy to put together, easy to clean and I feel like it extracts as much juice as possible. So far I have made juice and ice cream with it. For those of you complaining that the Champion makes juice warm/hot, too, I found that if you refrigerate the food before juicing, and push it through slower you will not have that problem.
