I bought these to use in the refrigerator for my bread dough, after reading the book, "Artisian Bread Making in 5 Minutes a Day". They work great, are easy to use, and allow me to make a large or small batch. The lids fit tightly, but are not air tight, so they allow the dough to breath. I got this with the idea of rising bread in it...I now think the rectangular container would be more convenient, but, it works well, any way!! Fits nicely in the back of my refrigerator, for my artisan bread adventures!! Good containers. airtight - yet easy to fit the cover on and take it off. I really like the measurement markings along the side. Originally had thought to use for my bread dough risings; still will but will adjust to make sure the dough can still breath. Very satisfied.Customer Review: Pricey but what other choice

container was recommended for raw dough storage - needed non-airtight - this is still alittle to tight will probably losen up in time. great size works for what i need price was ok - quik shipping
