This injector was so easy to use. It made my Thanksgiving meal a huge success. The turkey was so flavorful and moist and juicy-even the white meat. Also, I have found this injector to be very sturdy. At first, I wasn't too sure about injecting marinade instead of soaking it, I soon found the Chef Williams injector on amazon and gave it a chance. I was delighted, it works quickly and evenly because of the 2 holes in opposite directions. I have used it many times now, and it seems to hold up nicely! I have gone through several of the injectors I could find at local stores and was always disappointed. They were all cumbersome to use and clogged when trying to inject a marinade with any spices or herbs. Got this same time we purchased our new butterball XL fryer and then purchased the butterball Marinate kit with injector and took one look at both and tossed the other one aside and used this. I have to say I was very happy with the quality of this product. I guess I was expecting a little less durable needle and plastic. I have used it quite a bit with my rotisserie oven. The price was reasonable as well.
