Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Cajun Injector Deluxe Marinade InjectorCustomer Review: Works as Advertised Summary: 5 Stars
I have owned this product for over 4 years and used it over a dozen times for Thanksgiving turkey, beercan chicken, etc. It works very well, and has never caused a problem. This Thanksgiving I finally warped it by putting it in the upper rack of the dishwasher, and I've done that before and not had any issues (for the record I believe that my dishwasher is malfunctioning and maintained too hot of a temperature for too long on the dry cycle).
The tube finally warped on it, and I was STILL able to use it despite that fact. I don't want to part with it so yes; I will be purchasing not one, but two more because I want a back-up for my new one. I considered buying a stainless one, however I do have reservations that it will work as well as this one has.
Very durable, extremely easy to use. I've also clogged it before using whole rosemary, but as another reviewer suggested, just make sure the chunks are either strained or not too large for the needle, and the liquid is not too thick, and you will have no problems at all. The hole it leaves in the meat is rather small, considering it pumps out so much liquid, and they seem to heal pretty quickly. I don't have trouble with the liquid leaking out of the meat.
Great product and yes I will purchase again!
Customer Review: No more dry, tough or tasteless meat... Summary: 5 Stars
I saw this product a few years ago on a TV shopping channel and decided to purchase it. This is without question one of my most frequently used kitchen products. You will never have to worry about dry, tough or tasteless meat again. It is hard to imagine eating poultry without an injected cajun marinade. I have given several of these as gifts and everyone has commented on how much it changed their eating habits. Marinating meat without injecting it produces marginal results as the marinade can never penetrate more than 1/4" into the meat. Now you can have the full flavor of your favorite marinade throughout your beef, pork or poultry. You are limited only by your imagination and you will absolutely love and USE this product!
Customer Review: Best injector for the money Summary: 5 Stars
I have been injecting large cuts of meat (beef brisket, pork shoulder, turkey, chicken, etc.) for several years and have gone through many different injectors. I have used stainless steel ones, pistol type injectors, and other cheap plastic ones before settling on this being the best. I compete in bbq competitions and purchased three of these, so I would always have a spare on hand. Well, I've injected about 50 cuts of meat with the first one and have had zero problems. It works just as well now as it did the first time. Just make sure the needle is secured tightly, and spray some cooking oil on the o-ring before assembling the plunger into the barrel. Works perfectly and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great injector.

Customer Review: Really does the trick! Summary: 5 Stars
I wanted an injector, but didn't want to shell out the $30 for the steel version. I used this during Thanksgiving on my turkey and leg of lamb. It is by far the best injector I've used. I used to use a baster with a needle screwed into the tip-- no more. The syringe design made injecting spices a breeze! Also the 2 hole design makes sure you get an even distribution of your spices. Btw make sure you put a drop of vegatable oil in the injector for lubrication. I recommend this highly!
