Customer Review: Alarm very hard to hear

Timer is OK but I find it very hard to hear the alarm when it goes off, especially if radio or music is playing in the kitchen. Never had this problem with other timers or with oven timers. Right now it is useless to me since it goes off and I am completely unaware that time is up.

The 4-Event Timer & Clock from CDN lets you count up to 4 channels at the same time, each with its own loud, long alarm to let you know which one has hit zero. It can also be used as a clock and stopwatch.The dual function timer will count up or down 100
Multi-taskers, take heart: this digital timer/clock lets you keep track of four different tasks simultaneously. Each of the four channels can be programmed to either count up to or down from 100 hours by seconds, with four separate alarms (one to four beeps, corresponding to the four channels), so that you can time tonight's dinner, be alerted for an expected business call in the morning, tune into a favorite television show two days from now, and time your child's oral book report all at the same time. The clearly marked buttons are straightforward to use, and a switch on the side lets you choose between the clock and other functions. A pocket clip, stand, and magnet add to the convenience of the device, which measures 2-3/4 by 2-1/4 by 5/8 inches. Hearing impaired users will appreciate the flashing 'flags' that say "Time's Up," when the alarm goes off, and "Over Time," when the timer begins counting up after the alarm first sounds.
