I've had this product for about a month and it's been great! It arrived in the projected time frame and I use it about twice a week. There's plenty of room: I've fit bowl-sized tupperware, a travel mug, a 14oz water bottle, and yogurt all in there at once (it was a little tight but it zipped up alright thanks to the stretchy neoprene).
It insulates a little, although not as much as some other lunch carriers. I don't have a fridge at work, and it's summertime. While the food doesn't really stay cold, it doesn't get warm before I eat it. Since the bag is soft, if you put the tote in a backpack or something, your food might end up a little squished (but it is nice to be able to fold it up and put it in your bag once it's empty).
The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that it was actually so big--it's rather cumbersome when you just need to bring a sandwich and a yogurt cup. So, I'm thinking of getting Built's smaller LB Lunch Tote. Their products are definitely high-quality and worth spending a little more; I'd definitely buy from them again.
Oh, the last thing, which heavily influenced which kind of lunch tote I got: it is fun and fashionable! The polka dot pattern is adorably whimsical. The colors are more vivid in real life than in the pictures.

I LOVE these bags and wine holders (I have one tote and one wine holder)...the only thing I wish they would update is having a lining inside (thus the 4 out of 5 stars). If you use it as a lunch box and bottled liquid breaks or leaks in your bag (or even the wine you carry in their wine carrier)it will seep right through unfortunately. I did write the company about that issue but I didn't get very far. Otherwise, they are great if you use them as other than a lunch carrier, or to carry "dry" foods -- very stylish and does keep foods cool.Customer Review: fashionable lunch bag

This large, stylish lunch bag is perfect for bringing food anywhere. The material is stretchy so you can fill it up and still close the zipper. Not sure how well it insulates. The picture for this item makes the colors look more subtle, but in person, the colors look a little different and brighter, but no complaints since it still looks good.
