I have been sewing for years also and have an expensive ELNA machine (which I love also). I needed another machine and one that embroidered sounded fun. I was going to buy a Janome or Pfaff, but wanted to see if I would use this other feature so I thought I would buy a less expensive model and try it. It had good reviews and I thought what the heck, for this price it can't hurt. I love this machine. It is fun, I love the stitches, the functions and you can use the foot pedal or not use it and the machine sews by itself. Love it! I have nothing negative to say.Customer Review: Excellent, does what other more expensive machines do.

I already own a brother machine, that one has performed flawlessly so far, but I wanted to upgrade to an embroidery machine. Other similar machines cost twice as much, and frankly, for an amateur seamstress that seemed to much.
I have to say that this machine has surpassed my expectations. It is very easy to use (assuming you have been around a sewing machine before), and even has some accessories I ordered with the machine thinking I would need them (double needle, thread ripper, etc.). No regrets, and I don't think I'll need to upgrade any time soon.

The Brother SE350 is a great computerized sewing machine. You are getting a great machine for the price. I have researched many sellers and even ebay for used and new machines of this model. Ultimately, I decided the best deal was to go with a brand new machine from Amazon, with free shipping. This put the machine at a cheaper price than Wal-Mart! Also, I feel better about my purchase by going with a new machine because of the manufacturer's warranty. Amazon shipped the item quickly and securely.

I own this machine, and it has a lot of cool features for such a bargain price. I've previously owned 2 Berninas, and since I travel full-time in an RV, I wanted a machine that was not heavy and expensive. If you follow the directions, this machine works beautifully. I really love this little machine, and it goes everywhere I go, including classes. This says a lot since I'm a former Bernina owner. I recommend it wholeheartedly!!!!!Customer Review: Buy It!!!!!

Just got my BrotherSE350 April 3rd. I'm in love with it! It's more then I had thought it would be. Teaching my granddaughter how to sew, this machine makes it sooo easy. Buy it... You won't regret it. Amazon, you guys are great in the shipping. Got it in 3 days, that was fast.
