Back in '10, the Italy pavilion in Epcot opened a new Italian Restaurant. I went to check it out and they were serving drinks in these same glasses. I was really interested so I took some photos and wrote the name inscribed in the glass. When I went home to research and found the glasses.
They are beautiful, perfectly fit your hand, have a descent weight, a thick base, but the glass part seems thin. Of course, I'm coming off of some 12yr old Anchor glasses which were built like tanks and super heavy - so me calling the Bormioli glasses "thin" is probably incorrect. Besides, if they are good enough for a Disney restaurant, they are good enough for my house.
I would recommend these to anyone who's looking for a cool change in glassware.
