This book is one of the most comprehensive works ever published on juice therapy. If you are remotely curious about juicing this book is for you. The book is and easy read and broken down into three parts:
1. Explanation of the chemical make-up of important vegetables that will be used in recipes. Walker goes into detail about the various vitamins and minerals the drinker will benefit from.
2. Recipe guide (with proper proportions).
3. A section on common ailments and the juices that have been proven to alleviate them.
