I just bought this item for a grab bag gift. I've had mine for about a year and it works really well for the price. I use it to froth the milk to put in chai tea and once in a while for coffee and hot chocolate. The stand is great; it just sits by the sink, ready for use, and it cleans easily by running it under the sink. I have yet to replace the battery.Customer Review: I love this product

This product makes great frappes and looks very stylish on the counter and it is not too bulky. I loved it so much I bought one for everyone I know who loves frappes. I had bought the same one and it lasted me about 4 years before it went kaput, and that is the longest any frappe maker has ever lasted in my house, and they get used and abused in my house.Customer Review: I love this thing!!!

It makes the best latte I have ever had in my life. Seriously. You won't get latte with so much foam anywhere, not in Dunkin, not in Starbucks, anywhere. And it takes about 30 seconds to froth the milk plus cleaning is extremely easy. So much better then all the expensive cappuccino machines we previously had. I purchased this latte frother over a year ago after some research. I had the big and expensive latte machine which I never used because it was so large to keep on my counter. This little frother works so well. I sometimes use it just to add froth to an inexpensive cup of coffee and milk. I was given this as a gift. Absolutely love it. I have ordered 4 more for gifts. It froths incredibly. Must use Skim milk. I fill my glass 1/3 way with skim milk. Put in microwave for 40 seconds. Froth. Add a little flavored syrup and some real cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon. I am addicted. I even use one at work. Love This Product !
