Customer Review: Tough Installation but Works Great!

If you have a large overhang on the front of your cabinets, you'll find this oven challenging to install. I had to get very long bolts from the hardware store and use nuts because the metric thread size needed for the fasteners on the oven were not available on 3" long bolts. I also had to use extra spacers from the old oven I was replacing.
Once in, the oven itself works really well! Much better than the ~17 year old one it replaced.

I prefer the old configuration of B & D's toaster ovens - this one has to have all knobs turned to operate toasting or baking. Toasting requires a time - I prefered 'light, medium and dark'. I also liked a deeper shelf. But the oven functions well and doesn't take up my counter space. It took several weeks before it was shipped - unlike the fast shipping I experienced over Christmas when I bought one as a gift. The price was right.Customer Review: missing baking tray!

This is still the same great spacesaver toaster oven that I had years ago, and have missed greatly! Unfortunately, it DID NOT come with the little baking tray to put on the grate that I remember having! It was really handy when you wanted to heat something in the toaster, rather than the big oven or the microwave! This is my second spacesaver oven, they are really a 'space saver' that I would not like to do without. However, the new one was difficult to put up (more than the first one I had) and I'm fairly savy at this sort of thing. Two people doing it would be a plus. In the end I had to bend the clips on the oven to get it to stay on the hanger. Now that's it is mounted it works fine...just like the old one except even better.Customer Review: Works like a charm
