I love this coffee maker. No more burnt coffee sitting on a hot plate. The thermal pot keeps the coffee hot for hours. Hot enough for me anyway. I really like the black/stainless look. It's fast brewing as well. My only concern is that the lid to the water tank seems a bit flimsy, but time will tell.Customer Review: Nice Coffee Maker

I'm giving 5 stars even though there were a few things learning the best way to navigate this coffee maker as with anything new. The one thing that took the longest was the after-taste or metallic taste or using the right amount of coffee to brew. I bought this coffee maker for our agency. It makes great coffee in a short period of time. The coffee stays hot for a very long time in the carafe, a.k.a thermos. The only drawback is getting it to turn on. You have to paly with the buttons a litte. Not a big problem.Customer Review: the best pot I've owned.

We are avid coffee fans in our house. Every maker I have owned(and there have been many)has been flawed in some respect. This one isn't. It has the only carafe that does not spill when poured. After much internet searching for a thermal coffeemaker, I decided on this one. So far, it has been working great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for this type of coffeemaker. I especially like the plastic water holder as it can be removed for cleaning.
