I have had this coffee maker for over a year. I use it every day at work to make one pot of coffee. It is still working as well as the day I unpacked it. I use higher end whole bean coffee and the coffee maker does not ruin it. The carafe is great. I make a full pot at 6 AM and pour my last cup 6 hours later and it is still hot and I do not pre-heat the carafe! It does exactly what I want and has lasted through frequent use.Customer Review: Excellent

I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it. My coffee stays very hot in the stainless steel carafe. I love not having to worry if I shut off my coffee maker, it simply brews it and shuts off! It is so enjoyable having my 2nd cup of coffee and not having that burnt taste.
I will also enjoy taking the carafe out on the deck this summer and not having to go back inside to get a 2nd cup of coffee.

I have had this coffee maker for two months and only have good things to say about it. It replaced a much more expensive Cuisinart and it works much better. Easy to operate and clean, and it keeps the coffee warm for at least two hours. Filling the thermal container with hot water for five minutes assures steaming coffee for even longer. I bought this coffeemaker because I want to make sure I have a backup on the one I have now which is the same make and model. I bought my coffeemaker 3 years ago and since then I made it a concerted effort to find one another like it. I love the ease of filling and cleaning the removable water tank. I've had mine for over 4 years and never had a problem with it...I've purchased the very expensive makers from Starbucks and in less than a year, they "crapped" out..this one when taken care of meaning the cleaning with vinegar every 2 months, has been the best I've ever owned..I expect it to last me another 5 years...
