Customer Review: Slow is good, slow is great

This is not a good mixer, this is a GREAT mixer! It really does mix/stir. It really does low speed. You can even add eggs to a batter and mix them in with the Mixer instead of with a spoon first and then the mixer. It also has medium and fast speeds. I thought, based on the 6 speeds that speed number 3 would be medium, but I now think it must be number 2 that's medium, because when I used number 3 on the cake batter I was making, it kind of over fluffed it, so the finished texture was more like a sponge cake than a layer cake. It came out beautifully, though.
I love the mixer. It's the best one I've had in YEARS. It's so easy to eject the beaters it's ridiculous. The one I'd been using was so hard to get to eject that you tended to injure your fingers doing it. This one you just point in the general direction of the sink and hit the nice big eject button and they go flying off. You really do have to aim them. They come off so fast and easy that trajectory is important.
This is a great mixer. I'd recommend it for anyone in the world. It also sits on end in perfect solidity. No wobbling at all. It's a very solid sort of appliance. I'm figuring 20 years at least. Maybe 30 or 40.
