I have for the first time in years been able to open jars, but myself with out the aid of another person. Can opener works just as easy, and the combination gives you a great deal. I have lost many of the joints in both hands, and it was impossible to open any cans or jars when I was home alone, and trying to prepare meals ahead of time.
Most people do not read the instructions, in order to get the proper use of the machine. The machine is 9-1/2 inches tall and 9-1/2 inches tall, and for the work and pain it saves me if is worth giving up the counter space. (I was able to get rid of two can-openers I had a hard time using).
Please read the instruction, before using and you will really get great use out of this product.

We purchased this a couple months before Christmas to see how we would like it. It worked so well that we got a second one for my daughter's family. We have had no problems and I look forward to opening jars with one finger. Maybe there are lemons that the previous reviews discuss, but ours works great and we are more than pleased.
The can opener blade is very easy to remove and clean.
In May, the thing quit working. Now when I try to open a jar, it just goes Click, Click, Click. Nothing turns the lid. It lasted for a whole 5 months. Now I have a very expensive can opener that still works fine.

I bought the Open-It-All because I am beginning to have arthritis in my hands. I noticed after I opened jar lids, that my hands often hurt. It opens all kinds of jars with ease. I really hadn't planned on getting an electric can opener, but decided to spend a few dollars more to get the combination and I am delighted that I did. I haven't used the bottle opener, but rarely used one anyway. The price I paid is well worth it to help protect my hands. No regrets at all. It took quite a while to receive this item as they didn't tell me it was on back order untill after I made the purchase?? They stated the item was available?? I saw it advertised cheaper while I was waiting for it. I tried to contact them about honoring the lower price(the lower price was on the sellers site) they would not honor their own lower price or even respond to my attempts to contact them?? I am pleased with the item but very unhappy with the purchasing experience.Customer Review: A most valuable gadget in my kitchen

As an older person I find this product a miracle in my kitchen. In the past I often gave up on hard to open jars. Now I look for jars to open! I have found it invaluable!
In addition to opening jars it does a great job with cans. It leaves a smooth surface and lifts the can lid off with no problem.
The only feature that has not been used is the bottle opener as most bottles have the easy to open twist caps. I do wish it had a wine-bottle opener!
