After struggling to open far too many jars and been unsuccessful, we purchased the Black & Decker Lids Off Jar Opener. We were amazed to find how easy it is to use successfully with any size jar. This is a "must buy" for anyone with arthritic hands. It looks good, works well, and is very reasonably priced.Customer Review: So easy!

I've been having issues with my hand since a riding accident a little while back, so I got this in order to open cans easier. I tend to prefer a manual can opener, but this invention is GREAT! You just pop the can in, lower the top and push a button. It does the rest of the work for you! Highly recommend!Customer Review: ease of use

At first I was a little worried this might not work, but it's easy to use and does do a wonderful job. My arthritis prevents me from opening many jars, I swear they put those lids on tighter each year. This little machine does the job quickly and easily for me. What a great item! I have had hand surgery & this has been so very helpful. My only complaint is that the top dosn't raise high enough to open taller jars, aslo I have noticed the rubber that goes around the jars has been coming off, if I loose this it will not be able to open jars. I have used the Black & Decker JW200 Lids Off for well over a year and have thanked the makers every time I need to open a jar. It works faultlessly and quickly. I have arthritis in my hands. Need I say more? Tremendous aid for one so limited and,obviously, I highly recommend the product.
