This steamer is perfect!
The only thing that I don't like about it is that it's a little bulky for my small kitchen. Don't get me wrong, it's not THAT big, my kitchen is just THAT small :~)

I had this item on my bridal registry and I recieved it for one of my showers. I have always wanted to steam rice, and I tried it with this steamer. It was awesome, my fiance loved it. We have had this food steamer for a year now and even my husband says it is the best money we ever spent! Perfect for two people. We use it several times every week. We layer potatoes, veggies, and even do fish which we wrap in foil. Asparagus and green beans come out perfect. We leave it on longer than the minutes suggested.Customer Review: Great little steamer!

I've had this steamer for about 1 year now, and it still works great. I primarily use this to cook brown rice. I have no problems, whatsoever. For my taste, I follow the recommended times and measurements except I use a smidge less water and 3-5 minutes less time than called for. I looked high and low to replace my food steamer/rice cooker. It is so easy to cook rice using this cooker. I keep it on the counter so I can throw in some cut veggies to steam for dinner. It is just my husband and I, so getting a dinner on the table fast is a priority. Easy to clean also. Very happy with the product.
