let me say that this is my third black and decker coffee maker i have had.there is no way possible to pour a cup of coffee without pouring it all over the place.i have never seen this much leakage.very unsatisfactory.thank you. My elderly father uses this coffee pot and likes it as it is good for just one person. The lid is better quality than most other 4 cup coffee makers and the container can hold up to 6 cups- which is like 2 mugs. The on/off button stuck in the beginning but is working fine now. We had previously bought a 4 cup but it was too small. My father thinks this one is great as he has Parkinson's and is limited on his strength.Customer Review: Perfect for my needs
