I love the simplicity of this coffee maker. My coffee consumption has gone up becuase it literally takes twenty seconds to get it brewing...and a fresh cup of coffee in about 2 minutes. Clean up is a breeze. The permanent filter is plastic but it does not have a plastic smell problem that another reviewer complained about. My unit does not have any of the intermittent on/off problems that someone mentioned. The only downside is that you must have your coffee fast because it cools down to an undrinkable level if you let it sit after brewing for 5-10 minutes. I go to Jamaica frequently and stay at the same resort every time. The restaurant at the resort doesn't open until 8am and I am usually up around 6am. With some of the best coffee in the world all around me, I hate to have to wait for my morning cuppa Blue Mountain Joe. Bought one of these puppies a couple years ago and take it along every trip. This unit has seen major action - thousands of cups and still works great. I use it when I get home and only want one cup. Buying another one for a trip mate this time. THIS IS ABOUT THE THIRD OR FOURTH ONE OF THESE BREW N GO'S THAT I HAVE BOUGHT. THE ONE I RECENTLY BOUGHT IS JUST A SPARE I WAS AFRAID THEY HAD STOPPED MAKING THEM SINCE I HAVEN'T SEEN THEM IN STORES LATELY. I HAVE GIVEN THEM TO FRIENDS AND ONE TO MY DAUGHTER; I JUST LOVE IT. YOU GET A FRESH CUP OF COFFEE EACH TIME AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUY THOSE "PODS" OR WHATEVER THEY'RE CALLED FOR THE ONE CUP COFFEE MAKERS WHICH ARE EXPENSIVE. MY HUSBAND LIKES STRONG COFFEE AND I LIKE MINE MORE MEDIUM SO WE CAN MAKE EACH CUP WHATEVER STRENGTH WE LIKE. I USE MINE EVERY DAY AND IT IS SO EASY TO CLEAN.Customer Review: Great little product

The person who said this product was poor was way off base. It is pretty darn great. Quick brew, very hot. Can do water, coffee or tea. If you dont want mess, take the top off the cup WHILE IT IS BREWING. Keeping the lid on the cup while it brewed is the only way I could get liquid to 'go all over everywhere' as the person stated, and I TRIED to get it to happen. I have had no issues with 'runover' using either with the provided filter, or paper filters, if the lid was off the cup.
Great little product. Quick, hot, and economical. Glad I bought it.

THIS LITTLE JEWELL MAKES THE PERFECT CUP OF COFFEE--ONE BIG CUP AT A TIME!EASY TO CLEAN, AND SMALL ENOUGH AS NOT TO TAKE UP TOO MUCH COUNTER SPACE. I BOUGHT 2, TO HAVE AN EXTRA WHEN I WEAR THIS ONE OUT! THE THERMAL COFFEE MUG WITH THE TRAVEL SIPPER IS GREAT FOR THE CAR...THE ONLY DRAWBACK-- DON'T USE FINE GROUND COFFEE...IT CLOGS THE MESH IN THE PERMANENT FILTER--AND THE COFFFE WILL OVERFLOW BACK INTO THE WATER TANK, MAKING A BIG MESS TO CLEAN UP...I LEARNED THE HARD WAY. USE REGULAR ALL PURPOSE GRIND. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS AFFORDABLE, EASY TO USE COFFEE MAKER.
