Whatever you do, DON'T buy this online because you have a 50/50 chance of the thing working and its much easier to return if you buy it locally. Over all we really like the cooler but the 1st one we got had a problem of running out of water when the bottle wasn't empty. The cooler has an internal reservoir (to maintain hot/cold water) which is supposed to automatically refill as you poor water but apparently we had a bad sensor or? The water would stop coming out of the cooler when the reservoir became empty and the only way we were able to get water again was by opening and then closing the bottom door which would start the pump cycle. The empty bottle light always flashed on our cooler so we took the unit back to Target and exchanged it for another one. Our new cooler works perfect but we're keeping the box around for awhile just incase.
