This thing is excellent. It snaps on in seconds and allows me to fill my tub all the way to the very brim if I wanted! Of course I can't fill it that high or else it will overflow when I get in, but it will let you do it anyway. I find the bathwater is not only inches deeper, it also stays warm throughout my entire bath! I used to get out of the tub after 10-15 minutes because the water was getting cold. Now I can stay in for 20-30 and when I finally do get out the water is still warm. It is definitely worth the purchase, even if shipping is a little high.
I rinse mine after each use and keep it in our shower shelf for easy access.
