Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Lifestyle Fold-Away Wall Mounted Ironing Board (Compact)Customer Review: Company would not allow product to be returned. Summary: 1 StarsWhile completing renovations we determined that the ironing board would not fit in our laundry room. We submitted a return authorization within the 30 day window per the return policy, but did not receive a response. We emailed their customer service dept who responded, but their email address contained words that sent the email to our spam account so we did not receive it. By the time we were finally able to communicate directly we were a couple of days past the 30 day return policy limit. The company claimed they had never received our return authorization request and refused to accept a return.
Customer Review: Handy, compact ironing board Summary: 5 StarsI just remodeled my small laundry room and wanted a built in ironing board. Unfortunately most built ins were too large for my space. I found the Stoway on the Amazon site. I am thoroughly pleased with it. It is so compact and handy.
Customer Review: Nice Product! Summary: 5 StarsMy wife wanted a fold-away ironing board for the laundry room and this is perfect! Easy to install, durable, and easy to use and fold away. We don't use the wall cover since it's a little awkward to put on and off and there's no need to cover it from view in the laundry room. We added a wall mounted iron holder that holds the iron and spray starches to make it complete.
Customer Review: Perfect for our needs! Summary: 5 StarsWorks extremely well in our walk-in closet! No longer hassled with setting up, taking down a full sized ironing board. Plenty of surface space to iron as one would expect to!
Customer Review: Good unit Summary: 5 StarsIt's great and my wife likes it. It is as described. Just make sure you know exactly where the wall stud is as you have to put three screws across the width of a 1&1/2-inch stud. If you are going to mount an external board horzontally from stud to stud, it needs to be a 2X8, flat ways to accomodate the height of the bracket. Otherwise, the edge of a 2X4 stud works fine.
