Although the service was good - received in a few days, the product is not made to crack black walnuts. The nutcracker, made of plastic and wood, broke on our first try to crack a black walnut. It may work for thinner shelled nuts, but should not be advertised to crack walnuts. It was unfortunately money thrown down the drain.Customer Review: Beware of DealzPlus and Amazon stores

This nutcracker broke after cracking 15 nuts. The seller "DealzPlus" said they would repace it and never did. I must have emailed them 5 times. Plus, they don't provide a phone number like a legit business, so I can't call. This is a great product mainly because of it's shape. The walnut fits in perfectly and the crack is even, not crushed with shell pieces scattered all over. Much better than the lobster cracker that we used for years. Customer Review: I love the "Best Nut Cracker"

I received the Nut Cracker very quickly. I referred many of my friends to this seller because I absolutely LOVE this product. I have a friend that works for a walnut company here in Northern California and he forwarded it to other employees he works with. We ALL love this nut cracker. It uses very little strength to crack the nut and it doesn't leave a huge mess. The shells fall into the little bowl attached to the end of the cracker and I just turn it over and they fall out into the disgarded nut shell bowl. Awesome!!! Everyone has to have one of these in their kitchen. :-)
