This nutcracker broke after cracking 15 nuts. The seller "DealzPlus" said they would repace it and never did. I must have emailed them 5 times. Plus, they don't provide a phone number like a legit business, so I can't call. I feel totally ripped off, and will be very hesitant to make a purchase from Amazon again!
