I must admit I have not started using these yet, but, I cook A LOT and have used many different styles of cooling racks. These look like they'll be perfect. The grating is close together, so no sagging cookies! Plus they are non stick (always helpful) and come in a pair!Customer Review: baking

wonderful for multipurposes, like cooking biscotti (second bake), and even lower temp roasting of meat, like breaded cutlets. Non-stick, still needs some spray for stickier items when roasted. Great deal, fine product!
