Customer Review: Nice Price but Dumb Idea

These are nice for the price, but they can ONLY be used as cooling racks. You are warned not to put them in the oven or apply heat to them. How is someone working in a kitchen supposed to know that, after the fact?? This is the perfect set of cooling racks for the following reasons:
1) Items do not fall between the slats like the cheapie kinds. This is the main reason that I bought these.
2) The second reason that I bought this set is because when you cool cookies, you can set the baking sheet to cool on one rack and then take the cookies out and set on the second rack.
3)This set is just the right size for cookies, cakes, souffles, or any casseroles!
4) This very well constructed set of cooling racks is the best set of cooling racks that I ever owned and I will use them for many years to come. Great buy!

I've had them for a little over a year now and use them about 1/month. It's a great surface size. Durable. Non stick. No problems at all. Looking back now, I just WISH it was stackable. Customer Review: These are great!
