My fiance received this as a gift for Christmas. We just used it tonight, and love it. The nonstick coating is the best we have ever seen. The brownies came out of the pan so clean, that it looked like it didn't even need to be washed (which we did anyways!). I love the heavy weight of the pan. I enjoy my chewy edges, but it's the uniformity that makes me love this pan. Because the edges surround each line of bars, it's easy to get a brownie with totally uniform consistency --no squishy interior brownies to avoid burning the edges. My first batch of brownies (peanut butter cheesecake swirl) with this pan was as good as any I've had in a cafe, and I've never considered myself an accomplished baker. The non-stick surface is almost magical, and the heavy construction is so much more than I expected. I thought I was getting a cute novelty item, but this is one incredible pan.Customer Review: Best pan ever

My family was thrilled with the brownies made in this innovative pan. I was extremely satisfied with the durabiliy of the pan too. The brownies came out of the pan easily, and they baked to perfection.
