I love the "edge brownies." You know, the ones on the edge of the pan that get all crispy and chewy? Those are my favorites. So a family member bought me this pan, knowing that it would provide me with all edges. But the thing about this pan? If you vary the cooking time, you can also end up with a pan filled with soft center-like brownies. No crispy edges, but everything baked through absolutely perfectly. I don't make brownies, but my wife does, and she loves this pan. Brownies cooked perfectly and the lifter removed them from the pan easily (it also cut them well, she mentioned that they didn't "tear or smush" when she used the lifter to cut them). All I know is that her recipe tasted great as usual and the brownies didn't stick to the pan at all. First kitchen item I have given her for Christmas in 23 years, and it is a success!Customer Review: Love it!

My husband has quite a sweet tooth, and he especially loves my caramel brownies. I have to cut all 4 corners out right away to save them for him! I got this for his birthday and we have all been impressed. It's a little harder to prepare the brownies, but well worth the extra effort. Every piece is chewy deliciousness!
