This nut roaster is easy to use. The instructions are pretty clear and the recipes are so good. The only problem I had was the directions don't say whether or not to use nuts that are raw or are already roasted. I know this is a "nut roaster", but it's used mainly to glaze, etc. I used both and felt the roasted nuts were better.
