I really enjoy this handy little device. Add mix, Add Water/Milk, Turn On. It's done in just a few minutes. It couldn't be simpler.
I have one minor complaint. It is a little loud. It may be a big deal for some, but for me that doesn't warrant a lower rating. To remix and keep hot, the device will turn on occasionally (unless you turn it off). Cleaning is easy. I usually just rinse it out and let it run one cycle with just water.
I brought this to work and made a lot of new friends! ;)

I purchased this cocoa-latte maker as a Christmas gift. It was very well received however due to it being an American product it has had to be checked by an electrician as the voltage through the machine as well as the plug are different to what is needed in the UK.
After the initial disruption of this and getting the machine checked the two coffee loving friends who I had purchased the latte makers for loved the present and have found them easy to use and have enjoyed testing out the different recipes.

This product is AWESOME! I love hot cocoa but hate heating the milk over the stove and standing there stirring it. This machine does it all. Just put in the milk and cocoa mix and press the on button. It mixes it together for you and heats it to the perfect temp. I got this as an xmas gift from my husband. The next day we had family up and they were playing out in the cold. This machine made it very quick and easy to make hot cocoa for everyone. It heats the hot chocolate to the perfect temperature. The 32 oz. capacity is just right for 2 adults and 2 children. It's easy to clean - simply rinse it out with warm water, let it air dry, and it's ready to go again. I like the spout. It doesn't drip and it's easier than tilting the container to pour out the contents. I like the color - the chrome color is classy and it looks modern and clean. I recommend this item to anyone who enjoys hot chocolate or other hot drinks on a regular basis.Customer Review: Awesome cocoa maker

This thing is great. It makes awesome cocoa and coffee drinks. It's very easy to use and, contrary to what some here have said, clean up is a snap. You can't put it in the dishwasher but if you run water through it after each use it's fool proof. Only one downside,I thought from the picture the base was brushed metal but it's only plastic painted to look like brushed metal. That doesn't detract from it's utility it's just something I noticed. We are very happy with this purchase.
