We have had this latte maker almost a year and still love it. We use it more in the colder months than we do in the summer, but it is still fabulous! The people that are comlaining about using Qtips to clean it must not rinse it out as soon as you pour your drink out. If you rinse it with hot water and then fill it with hot soapy water and let it soak while you enjoy your drink, it is very easy to clean. My husband loves the coffee drinks, I love the Chai drinks, and we both love the hot chocolate drinks. Very good appliance and I would definitely buy it again and again!Customer Review: I love this machine

This is a great little machine. I use mine at least once a week to make cappuccino in. It is easy to use and easy to clean. If I could change anything about the drink maker, I would make it hold more. Otherwise, it's perfect as is. You will want to make sure not to overfill the container, as the liquid expands as it mixes and heats. (I have found that just about 1/2" below the bottom of the spout works well). The Cocoa-Latte has made a great gift for friends, and friends of friends. You won't regret this purchase if you enjoy cappaccino!Customer Review: FAR EXCEEDED

THIS PRODUCT FAR EXCEEDED WHAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. I BOUGHT FOR MY GRANDKIDS, AS THEY REALLY LOVE HOT COCOA. MY DAUGHTER SAID,"IT GETS PUT AWAY ABOUT ONE DAY A WEEK". SHE LOVES IT ALSO. NOW SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO STIR THE MIX OVER THE STOVE. THE OTHER NIGHT I WAS AT THEIR HOME AND THEY MADE SOME. IT WAS ON THE COUNTER FOR AWILE AND I HEARD A NOISE AND AKED HER, "WHAT IS THAT"? If you love hot cocoa, then this appliance is a must! I liked this unit so much that I purchased a second one for work. Now I can have hot cocoa all day. It was a huge hit at my Grandpa's birthday party. I hosted 21 people and had to refill the machine 3 times. I've used this unit almost everyday since Xmas. It is easy to clean and operate. However, you cannot fill it to the the 32 ounce mark (the maximum fill line) because it will overflow and make a mess. The maximum I can fill it without overflowing is 28 ounces.Customer Review: Great for Chai Latte's

Right out of the box this drink maker is a hit. I've only used it for Chai Tea Latte's so far and it works great. Get your mixes right and the machine takes it from there. It works pretty quickly, too. Heats up to something like 180 degrees and then keeps the liquid at that temp if you leave the machine on. Nice frothy beverage comes out of the tap, hot and ready to enjoy. I've very impressed that a machine like this, for less than $30, does such a great job.
