I bought this because my nephews LOVE hot chocolate. This machine really is great to have around. It keeps it at the perfect temp and using water even seems to make the cocoa richer than when you mix it on your own. I really like this for coffee drinks too. It is perfect for hot milk thats frothy to add to coffee. I have used this at least four times a week. & kids can serve themselves. It can stay on for hours and you have hot chocolate ready when you want it. It is a little hard to clean but not if you add warm water right after using the machine. the spout and frother button makes this better than any other machine ive seen for cocoa.Customer Review: This machine is wonderful!

I love this machine! It's so easy to use and does everything for you....all you need to do is mix in your hot chocolate (or other ingredients) and your milk or water. That's it - in a few minutes you will have a delicious drink! There's also a book with recipes for different drinks - there are a lot of great recipes and I haven't even tried them yet because I'm so happy with the regular hot cocoa drink so far. This machine doesn't take up too much space and is fairly easy to clean. I do wish it could be put into the dishwasher...but other than that it is perfect! I would definitely recommend this and would buy it again.Customer Review: Great for an early morning cup of latte!

I stumbled across this little machine during a sale and succumbed. There's nothing I like better than to start the morning with a frothy cafe latte and this little machine more than meets my expectations. It's quick; it's easy. Long before I'm fully awake my machine froths up the latte and sets me on my path. I haven't tried anything else since all I wanted was the latte service but I'm sure the machine is more than up to the job. Can you buy something more expensive and maybe get a better latte? Perhaps. I don't know. This one works just fine for me...enough for me to buy one as a Christmas present for a friend.Customer Review: I love it!

I have been using my hot beverage mixer every other day for about four months and I love it. It works great, I have not had any problems with it. It mixes and heats everything well. I use it most of the time to make Chai tea latte's and cocoa once in a while. I have also used it to make coffee latte's and it is wonderful!
While it is a bit difficult to clean because you cannot submerge the pitcher in water, it's not that bad. I just fill it with hot water and dish soap and it comes clean easily as long as you clean it right after use. For the price you can't beat it. Great product!

I received this as a gift last Christmas and initially thought it would just be a waste of counter space. However, we quickly fell in love with this nifty little gadget! It makes well mixed drinks and dispenses with a nice foam - we don't have the issues with temperature that some other reviewers report. As far as clean up: I just add a little soapy water and turn it on for a minute then rinse it through. We have enjoyed trying the recipes that come with it - most are really tasty. I'm buying 4 more right now - putting them in baskets with ingerdients from the recipes for Christmas presents.
