I ordered my steam canner on March 17, it was shipped by Amazon.com through UPS on the 18th and I received it on the morning of the 20th! It was packed great as usual. I always have great luck ordering from AMAZON.COM.
The steam canner seems to be just what I was wanting. The one I used to have was blue speckled granite and lasted over 25 years and finally gave it up when I moved from CA to FL. I hope this one will last as long..it is aluminum light weight but rack is sturdy.
