I've used both the Christmas Holiday molds and the Halloween molds to make pancakes for my 2 year old and she absolutely loves them.
Yes they are more work then your everyday round pancakes however watching you child try to decide which shape tastes better makes it well worth the added effort.
There are a few tips and tricks when using them.
1) Spray them with cooking spray so nothing sticks
2) Put the mold in the pan and fill 1/3 way with batter
3) After a minute trace the mold with a toothpick to seperate it from the pancake
4) Lift off mold (no longer needed) and then flip pancake
5) Cook and serve!!
