I love this machine. I have it now for almost two years. I use it only for my baby's clothes since I didn't want to wash his clothes at the laundry mat. It is big enough to fit all his baby clothes that he dirties for 4 days. It fits great in our apartment and is easy to connect to our kitchen faucet. Of course since it is connected to the kitchen faucet, we just connect one of the water pipes and can control the temperature from the faucet. It has 4 washing cycles, 3 water levels, and 3 water temperatures. It even gives you the chance to skip washing and go straight to rinse or spin. I will admit that it is too small to wash our adult clothes in. If I need to wash my delicate clothes, I could use this machine since I don't have that much delicate clothes. I did try to wash some jeans. It washed well in the hard cycle but it only fit about 5 jeans. It has wheels on the machine so it is easy to move out of the way. If the machine ever stopped working, it was because I would forget to put down the lid. I never had a problem with my machine. I love it.
