Multi-lingual instructions and recipes includes.This specially treated canvas pastry cloth will not absorb grease or moisture and has the degree of stiffness necessary to easily roll out pastry and cookie dough. The rolling pin cover--rather than the pastry--absorbs any excess flour, giving you a tender, flaky pie crust or a crisp, delectable cookie that melts in the mouth.
