The table looks great, and was delivered in perfect condition. I was worried about shipping several thousand miles, but the man who delivered the table said that it was packaged quite well. The outside box was torn, so we opened the box. Under the outside box were some thick layers of bubble wrap, then another box... so the inner box was unscratched, and the table was in showroom condtion.
DB Schenker, the main shipper, has a tracking website, and it said there was an "exception" in the delivery at one point in the tracking. I called and talked to a very articulate, and knowledgeable representative and she told me that meant shipping to an individual.
And finally, although the delivery was scheduled for Dec. 28th, it arrived Dec. 22nd.
