When I first started using this product I didn't think it was doing anything for me. In fact sometimes I felt worse. But I had ordered several bottles and so they sat around for a while and once in a while I'd start up again. If any of you have worked with alternative healing remedies you've probably heard the term of layers. That "stuff" that is encased in some layer of your being which is slowly released and let go. For instance old trauma; I had a head injury from a car accident and the muscles around my neck have been so tight and painful for years. So it took me a long time to recognize that that's how this product works, it releases from the inside out. I would highly recommend it and the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I would have loved to see this product at a little bit lower price point; on the other hand, what price for pain, huh?
