I've had this tea kettle for 14 months now. I have been so happy with it that I came online to buy one as a gift and thought I should leave a review. It has moved with us, been used 100+ times, has gone through all temperatures and the dishwasher, and it still shines and sings. It's a gorgeous stove ornament, and always gets a compliment when a new friend is in the kitchen.
I really can't say enough good things about this little kettle, and can't think of one bad thing about it. It looks and works as good as the day I bought it.

OK. This is not the best quality kettle I've had, but it makes me smile everytime I see it. So that's worth alot! Not sure how long it's going to last. And it stained the first time I put tea bags into it and haven't been able to get the stains out. Still love it. I Love this kettle !!
Not only is it cute, and matches my Noah's Ark theme kitchen, but the "whistle" is more like the sound of a smoke alarm so no way I will burn this one up. I've gone thru so many & now use them for plants because i just didn't hear the whistle in time.
The other animals are cute also.

THIS WAS A GIFT TO MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW AND SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! THIS IS A LARGE KETTLE AND VERY WELL MADE. WE GOT THE GIRAFFE AND THE "WHISTLE" IS MUCH LIKE A SOUND A GIRAFFE MAKES. This giraffe tea kettle is so cute, I leave it on my stove all the time. It is not often that such a functional item is also attractive. I like the whistle, too, it is not the normal shrill sound.
Definitely a great buy for yourself or as a gift!
