Great little scale that I can put in my bag and go with. It uses regular batteries so no need to add it to the piles of other small electronics I no longer use because I need a specific type of battery. Even though I did not purchase a calibration device to go with it, I just used a penny to calibrate it and everything worked fine. Just remember that when using the lid for a tray to adjust accordingly on scale. For less than ten dollars, I have a scale that I that works just as well as other models. It was cheaper than most models of its type at my local brick and mortar store and even some other online retailers.Customer Review: Its tiny

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife.
She is a knitter and has been wanting something to weigh partial balls of yarn with.
This scale had the finest resolution so I ordered it.
When it got here I was very surprised at how small it is, and thought that it was to small for its intended purpose.
It didn't cost much money so I kept it and ordered a larger scale.
Well I gave both scales to her and she is thrilled with both of them.
She says she will use each one for different things.
Price is good, very fine resolution, arrived on time... its all good.

This scale is perhaps one of the best portable scales I've ever seen. It's incredibly small, at least much smaller than I had expected, but it does a great job and is accurate. This scale wouldn't be my first choice if I needed to make extremely precise measurements but .1 grams is good enough for me! Actually, I showed this device to one of my physics professors and he was absolutely amazed! He couldn't believe how great the device was compared to its price and size!
I would definitely recommend this to any backyard tinkerer, or in my case, a mechanical engineer in the making.

When I saw the price, I was skeptical that it would even work. I bought it anyway simply because, if it didn't work I wouldn't even be out half the price of any other scale out there.
When It arrived, I was quite impressed. Mine even came with a battery, which was very unexpected for what I paid. It's smaller than I pictured but that's not a problem for me.
I have had it for a couple months now and it has remained accurate, and given me no problems whatsoever.
I would recommend this scale to anybody looking for a small, reliable AFFORDABLE scale.

This scale worked as advertised. I was however shocked by how tiny it is. It is only about 2" by 3" so it is not useful for measuring anything but small items. We used it to measure iron oxide that we added to some clay slip for casting sculptures. Since we were making small quantities it worked fine. The display is clear and the tare functions worked well. The instructions do have information about calibrating it by using a 10 gram weight, which I didn't happen to have handy, so I have no way to determine if it is actually accurate. Worked for us though.
