Customer Review: Love this extension of my hand

This knife feels like it was meant to be in my hand. The balance is perfect and the metal "sings" when it comes out of the knife block. I tried it out on carrots when I first got it, and was able to slice pieces off of the carrots that were see through. I tried to save them to show them to my husband and they dried up in less than an hour they were so thin. He tried to use it and ended up slicing the skin off the tip of hs finger. But it was so sharp that it didn't cut deep enough to draw blood, just 2 or 3 layers of skin.

I have a complete set of Wusthoff knives, which I do like, but none of them feel as comfortable and part of me as this knife. It does require immediate washing and drying, but I love using it so much that I don't mind the 2 seconds it takes to clean it right away.
