Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Aerolatte To Go, Milk Frother, BlackCustomer Review: Making Cappuccino the Cheap Way Summary: 5 Stars
I have been using this for about 8 months now to froth milk and it does an absolutely brilliant job. I just heat up a small amount of milk in the microwave while my Bialetti Moka Express 3-Cup Stovetop Percolatoris brewing some espresso. Once the brewing is done I pour a bit of the warmed milk into the cup and froth the rest with the Aerolatte and pour that in for a great cappuccio. It works like a charm and you can't beat having a great cup of coffee for well under $50 worth of equipment.
Customer Review: A Must Have Summary: 5 Stars
I've been using my Aerolatte for over two years now averaging 2x daily and can't imagine my cappucino without it. It's a great frother...better than the one on home espresso machines. I love it so much that I have given about eight as gifts and all been very well received. I've never had any issues with it's performance or the battery cover as some reviewers have mentioned. Even with everyday use I've replaced the batteries just three or four times in two years. I even purchased an extra one for myself just in case the one I've been using dies, but it just keeps going and going.
Customer Review: Exceeded my expectations Summary: 5 Stars
I was skeptical that this little thing would do a good job so I also ordered another frother at the same time I ordered this one. The other one barely worked, but the Aerolatte To Go works really really well. It is quick and does a fantastic job as creating a fine froth that doesn't deflate and is indistinguishable from steamed froth. Clean up is very easy - wash it off and then spin it under its own power to spin off the water, stick it in the case which has some tiny holes in the bottom for air flow to prevent moisture from building up, and stick it in the drawer.
Customer Review: Aerolatte - Hand-held frother Summary: 5 Stars
We took a chance on this little battery-powered frother - at less than $20, how could you go wrong, right?
As it turns out, it's the very best cooking accessory we've ever purchased at any price. From stiff foam caps for your afternoon cappuccino to full-blown meringue, this light-weight, solidly constructed, battery-powered whip is unbeatable.
The unit ships in a plastic travel case and is of top-notch construction. The battery compartment is well-sealed against moisture intrusion and the stainless steel frother is a cinch to clean.
Customer Review: Perfectly Frothed Milk in Seconds Summary: 5 Stars
I'm addicted to cappuccinos--real, strong cappuccinos, all espresso and foam, not the weak, runny things you get in most coffee bars--and this little device has helped me save an average of ten bucks a week that I otherwise would've handed over to a series of baristas. Highly recommended, along with the AeroPress for those who want to make excellent espresso beverages at home without having to spring for a coffee-bar-quality espresso machine.
