Our skilled audio experts have crafted SoundStories to create the natural environments of your choice. The twelve SoundStories include: Soothing Seaside, Calming Waves, Babbling Brook, Gentle Rain, Distant Thunderstorm, Nature's Meadow, Crackling Fireplace, Warming Campfire, Relaxing Fan, Big City Background, Restful Train Ride and Pure Meditation. The self contained unit includes high quality speakers capable of accurately reproducing these sound environments without any additional components.

Ecotones has three operating modes:

- Adaptive Mode masks annoying background sounds by dynamically changing the SoundStory to react to changes in the environment

- Background Mode comes on when the room is quiet and automatically dims when conversation is present

- Manual Mode provides a soothing high quality audio environment at a user set volume level

The unit's speaker pair, and 2.4-liter sound chamber have been tuned to produce a full range (90 Hz to 20,000 Hz) of crisp, clear audio. A headphone jack enables private listening. Includes a 120-minute sleep timer.
