I bought this for my wife because she drinks lots of hot tea. So far it is working just as advertised. She can make two cups of tea with one fill up and the process is very easy since it is placed in the mocrowave oven to heat. My concern was about the seal around the bottom. I was skeptical that it would really hold the water until placed on the cup without leaking, but again it works as advertised. This is the best tea-pot i've owned, for work.
If you work in an office environment, this is the best solution possible. You can carry it to the break room, rinse it out, drop in loose leaf tea, fill it up with the coffeemaker, and enjoy premium teas with no drips walking to or from the break room.
As well, it makes loose-leaf teas easy as pie, there is no worrying about cleanup, just rinse it out.

Just received this as an office Christmas present and used it for the first time today. It was so easy to use and no leaves in my cup! I've purchased many infusers and teapots with infusers and I always have leaves in my cups (which I can't stand). It's also great for travel and is dishwasher safe. I can't do that with my other teapot & infuser. I highly recommend this for anyone who is a avid loose tea drinker.Customer Review: Ingenuitea Wow

I saw a review of this tea maker and had to try it. No question, it makes a perfect glass of tea every time and it's pretty entertaining to use too. The IngenuiTea is also easy to clean; it has a small number of parts. My only concern would be its longevity. The plastic is light weight and it's easy to imagine it will have a shorter life expectancy that one would want especially if you're a heavy-handed dish washer.Customer Review: Makes using loose tea easy and fun

I purchased this item after using a similiar one at a restaurant. It was $10 cheaper than its competitor and works exactly the same way. I have had it a month now and use it every day for my afternoon tea. After pouring boiling water on the loose tea and waiting for it to seep, you simply set it on top of any cup and the tea exits the bottom, no spills and it is easy to clean by just rinsing it out. Love it!
